Previous Research : Bulk GaInP and GaInP/GaAlInP Multiple Quantum Wells

 
 

Introduction:



We have studied the absorption, emission and reflectivity of GaInP/AlGaInP superlattices and looked at the effective masses and bandgaps of structures which can be used to make visible light emitters. High intensity photoluminescence has been studied for densities of electrons and holes up to 1 x 1013 cm-2.
