Virtual Laboratory : Atomic Force Microscope | ||

We have a new Atomic Force Microscope installed in our MOVPE clean room which will be used for:
1. Direct write patterning of very small nanostructures on the surface of GaSb. 2. Imaging and manipulation of carbon nanotubes. 3. Imaging surfaces directly before and after growth. |

We hope to be able to grow new nanostructures after AFM patterning. |
