Research Interests :Semiconductor Physics covering the areas of optical and transport properties, specializing in studying the effects of high magnetic fields. Carbon nanotubes and their electronic properties as semiconductors and semimetals. Development of Photovoltaic devices for conventional and ThermoPhotoVoltaic applications. Other interests :Energy research in general, allotment gardening, travel and social bridge playing. |
